Presently, we offer USPS (Post Office) and UPS shipping. Available options are shown with pricing in your shopping cart, assuming you provide a valid US zip code. If you are having problems getting correct shipping prices, please write to sales@karaokeusa.com.

IMPORTANT: USPS mail service is currently $4.25 for packages under 1 Lb. USPS does not provide tracking and generally takes up to 10 days for delivery. If you need your package delivered within any specific time frame, you should use UPS,which does provide tracking and is much more reliable.

FREE SHIPPING: We try to offer free shipping when possible for minimum orders. We cannot honor pricing errors and mistakes made by the shopping cart for products that are oversized. Oversized products do not qualify for free shipping.

Same Day Shipping

Generally, orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship same day. However, there is no promise that packages can or will travel on the same day ordered. If a specific time frame is selected by the buyer and that time frame cannot be met, the buyer will be contacted regarding any issues.
